Refund policy

No Returns:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return but replacement.

Replacement:

  • Replacement within 7 days for technical faults only.

  • Damage, missing items, or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Replacement is subject to inspection. If no issue is found, the same item will be returned.

  • If the same variant is unavailable, an equal-value alternative will be provided.

Claims:

  • Package opening video is mandatory.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty:

  • 1-year warranty on technical issues only.

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, accessories, and batteries are not covered.

  • Invoice/E-warranty required.

Cancellation & Delivery:

  • No cancellation after dispatch.

  • Delivery in 5–9 business days across Pakistan.
